Shipping Policy

  • All U.S. orders will be shipped within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.

  • If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

  • All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-5 days for you to receive your order.  

 

Shipping Provider

  • We are not responsible if there is an issue with the shipping carrier. 

  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.

  • In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order.

False Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you submit a chargeback alleging your order was not shipped and our records show otherwise, we will notify Shopify and dispute the claim. If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, a $100 administrative fraud fee will be charged. If you think this may be a mistake, please reach out to our support team with your order number and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible- CONTRLCHAOS TEAM

Care Instructions

  • Look at each products specific care instructions per product page.

  • Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent

  • Hang or lay flat to dry for best results

  • Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments.
